The Basic Plan will have your driveway and gutters cleaned for the price listed below. Gutters will be flow tested. Eco-Friendly solvents will be used for both the gutters and driveway.
With the Regular Plan you can expect everything from the basic plan (driveway and gutters cleaned) with the addition of having your windows cleaned and your porch/pool screens cleaned.
With the premium plan you’ll get everything in both the Basic Plan and the Regular plan. (Clean driveway, Clean gutters, Clean Windows, And clean Screened enclosures) In addition to having your pool fully cleaned and serviced.

If the survey shows you needing more specific care then we will meet your needs and the price will reflect that. Any questions regarding pricing and payments can be sent via text or email.

We are a new and upcoming company looking to make your property look brand new. We are young and hungry for work. We are committed to satisfying our customers in any way we can. Our hours are actually flexible meaning from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can have us come survey or even do a full job at anytime that works best for you. Scheduling a night job or early morning is at no additional cost to the customer.
We achieve 100% customer satisfaction by having a few important policies. Number one is if the customer is unsatisfied with the work done then we will either refund you or go over the parts of the job you’re unhappy with. Number two is we are customer service trained. Our founder has a decade of customer service experience and holds each worker to the same standard. Number three is that our standards for a “good job” exceed most customer’s so we will always go the extra mile to insure both customer and worker are happy with the results. Number four is that we will always only improve your property and never hurt it. Firstly we only use environmentally safe chemicals so your Grass, Pets, and Kids will never be effected. Second we will ALWAYS pick up after ourselves and even extra trash that may already be on the property.
